Clippers Soccer Tournament

 

Friday August 2nd to Sunday August 4th, 2013

Age Groups: U10, U12, U14, U16
Male and Female
 Tier 1 (Premier) and Tier 2 (First Division)

On behalf of the Central Queens Clippers Soccer Club we would like to invite soccer teams to participate in the 24th Annual Central Queens Clippers Soccer Tournament starting on Friday Aug. 2nd and ending with Championship games on Sunday, Aug. 4th at the Elmer G. MacDonald Soccer Complex in Hunter River. Previous year’s tournaments have had between 60 and 86 teams participate from across Eastern Canada.

The Complex consists of 7 soccer fields and a clubhouse/canteen facility with the view from our fields unparalleled on the Island. Saturday afternoon is always a favourite time to be at the complex to enjoy a delicious plate of steaming PEI mussels.

Each team will be guaranteed 3 games. The top 2 teams in each division will receive medals. The U10 and U12 Divisions will play the 8v8 playing model.

  Registration deadline is June 28, 2013.

• Mail physical copy of registration form along with the registration fees  to: CQCSC,  
  PO Box 160,  
  Hunter River,   PEI,  
  C0A 1N0

• Registration is complete only when: 
  1- Completed electronic and physical registration forms have been received, 
  2- $325.00 ($275 for U12) fee has been paid in full, 
  3- And registration has been confirmed to you by CQCSC.
  
  NOTES:

• Cheques must be made payable to CQCSC in the amount of $325 or ($275 for u12). Post dated cheques are discouraged.

• Tournament divisions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Teams are strongly encouraged to register early to ensure a spot in the tournament.

• Pets (including dogs) are not permitted at the Complex. Pet owners will be asked to remove their pets, so do not take them to the complex in the first place. This policy is designed for the safety of the players, spectators, and pets.
